Porcupine Ridge Syrah 2020. I spotted this in Waitrose, reduced from £8.50 to £6. Having been so impressed with the Boekenhoutskloof (only one spelling error this time) Syrah a few miles back I thought I’d try their bargain basement offering.

Boekenhoutskloof Syrah 2017. I went for this in a big way, despite having to correct two spelling mistakes while trying to type the name without looking at the bottle.
