Moulin de Gassac Guilhem 2018. A very pleasant cheapo from the makers of Daumas Gassac. The same muscularity-fun-attitude combo (I’m wondering if I should copyright that) as the H&B a few days ago. This came from a Lille merchant (not the same as the one mentioned earlier – I get around) and cost a faintly ludicrous 4.90€ (or under four of our basket-case currency.) Rustic enough, but no unpleasant surprises whack your taste buds or linger in the mouth when you swallow it.
